- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We approached Tmol Software in January 2015 for a dead line we had for a Club we were opening on 10th April 2015 and thought this would give us plenty of time to get a proper Data Base with Bar-coded Membership Card for our members. The existing template provided off the shelf, needed recoding and as Tmol Software is a small company, (seems to be a one-man-band) we thought we would get the best service for adapting a DataBase to our requirements! We provided a briefing and they gave us a price with an approximate completion time so it seemed professional and paid £250 constituting 50% deposit for the changes of the DataBase and £650 for the actual DataBase. 1) As soon as we downloaded the DataBase, took over our computer and made all the existing DataBases we had with Access completely unusable. This was later sorted, apparently it was a problem with our latest version of Windows 8 and therefore could be explained. 2) Once we got over this stage, finally we could open our DataBase, only to discover that there is a problem after the other and it did not do what it was supposed to do... from January 2015 we could not have the DataBase sorted for our opening date on 10th April 2015 and to date 8th May 2015 we are still unable to use this professionally created DataBase for us!
